Cancellation Policy: Thank you for respecting my time and equally committing to your healing work. I’ll be prepared and waiting for you at your appointed time. To secure your appointment I ask that you pre-pay for your session by 12:00 Noon (Eastern Time) on the Monday prior to your scheduled appointment. If payment isn’t received at that time, your appointment may be cancelled and offered to another client on my waiting list. You may cancel or re-schedule a paid appointment if you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. If you don’t contact me and don’t show up for your scheduled appointment, I’ll consider this a “no-show” and since I won’t be able to utilize that hour for services, no refund will be offered.
Also, if you find that you’re going to arrive more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, I reserve the right to ask you to reschedule.
Important Note: Refunds of session payments other than those described in the cancellation policy above are at the sole discretion of Jan Luther and The Rejuvenation Station, LLC.
