Cancellation Policy
Thank you for respecting my time and equally committing to your healing work. I’ll be prepared and waiting for you at your appointed time. To secure your appointment please know that pre-payment for sessions is expected at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled appointment. If payment is not received within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment, your appointment may be cancelled and offered to another client on my waiting list. You may cancel or re-schedule a paid appointment if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If you don’t contact us and don’t show up for your scheduled appointment, I will consider this a no-show and, since I won’t be able to utilize that hour for services, no refund will be offered.
Please note that If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, I reserve the right to ask you to reschedule. My intention is to offer you a stellar session every time and that is easy to accomplish when all the paperwork is out the way and we have ample time to create a calm and focused healing environment. Thank you!
Refunds of sessions payments other than those described in the cancellation policy above are at the sole discretion of Jan Luther and The Rejuvenation Station, LLC.
