Who is thinking the thoughts in your head? Observe a thought, then think…this thought belongs to…(my Mother, Father, third grade teacher, etc.). If anxiety arises, it proves that the EGO is attached to its thoughts.

Turmoil, fear, anxiety. All are expressions of inner conflict. These emotions are signifying that what you are thinking, feeling or doing is not what you want. Search your heart, be true to self, be bathed in peace.
